Hiltonbury Jerseys Raw cows milks soap in this lovely scent of Rose & Geranium is hand made for us using an ancient cold process method with natural oils, butters and our Raw Jersey milk that we produce here on our farm from our own herd of cows.
Our soap only has pure essential oils for fragrance, natural clays, root powders and botanicals for texture and colours.
Our soap is made in small batches not mass produced , offering a more skin-friendly, planet- friendly soap, an alternative to mass produced, bottled and full of unknown chemicals!
Our soaps are luxuriously creamy due to our own gold top milk and our milk ensures they are super moisturising.
Our soap is chemical free and a natural alternative to chemical filled soap.
The cold press process maintains the helpful healthy natural ingredients in the milk ensuring that the soaps produced are packed with nutrients!
Cow’s milk, sheep milk and goat’s milk all contain high levels of important proteins, particularly casein and whey proteins, which have a range of antimicrobial, antioxidant, antibacterial and immunomodulatory properties.
Milk that is used to make milk soap contains so many important cleansing agents which will help clean and rejuvenate your skin.
Milk based soap also contains:
- Vitamin D, Vitamin A and Vitamin B6, these are helpful for repairing damaged skin cells, can smooth out fine lines and wrinkles and also promotes healthy skin cell growth.
- Lactic acid are a natural exfoliant and excellent for moisturisation by removing dead cells from our skin.
- Calcium is a mineral found in our epidermis and this helps to keep skin hydrated which is very important.
- Selenium is a mineral known to strengthen cell membranes which is beneficial for more mature skin.
Our soaps are approximately 100 grams in weight.
